Ok, this is really going down the rabbit hole. Building a Subie powered 935 Moby Dick might be easier than the Lola because the body panels (while not cheap) are at least available. Additionally, the driveline setup is tried and true and used in a bunch of applications.
Questions; does anyone know if there are cheap knockoff Porsche 911 panels available? I quick search was inconclusive. I'm thinking roof, doors, and part of the rear quarter panels and the rest of the car uses the specific 935 bits.
I'm trying to find out if anyone has done this and if there's a build log. I do love the Lemons Metro build, but looking for something a bit more upscale.
And yes, I'm aware that buying something will probably be cheaper. Where's the fun in that

Jeff, you might want to try talking to Ian Crerar - he seems to be hooked into the whole Porsche crowd in Ontario.

Thanks for the info. Chandler, do you have a link to the for sale ad? Not finding it with Google.

I'm not sure how proportinal the Covins are as I never saw one in the UK, but they're probably the best best for bodywork IMHO.
They are pretty accurate, I started a thread here and was told I was an idiot pretty much. I like them, I'll see if I can dig up the thread.
