One of my good friends was a contestant. I need to watch, but lack cable television.

I know a few too. Met Camillo Pardo once years ago, worked with Brian Thompson for years and Jean is a Facebook friend. Dawan Malik was eliminated last night. He was pretty weak. It seems to me the contestants fall in three distinct levels of ability, fully professional with significant experience, folks with design/trans degrees but little trans experience and customizers who have fab abilities but lack in design.
