I have a build thread for this but I am quite happy I finally finished it up and took it for a run and just had to share.

some pics:

I started with this. A high mileage(low mileage motor) $2500 944 that I bought from my brother.

I did some suspension work to it, koni's Turbo S sway bars, Bigger T-bars, etc.

The car ran really well, but it was missing something, power! Started with a nice motor though.

So I got to work. Got my Tig welder setup in my little single car garage and got to work. hey, an eaton m90, it fits, good start.

I need an intercooler.

Starting to look good.

Needs some nice wheels. Yep, these will do.

A header and 2.5" SS exhaust are a good idea.

Here's a short video of it running. 944 Blower whine.

I still want to take it to a pro tuner with a chassis dyno that can do a nice reliable tune. It's running an emulator and logging setup on the OEM DME(ECU) from a guy in Colarado named Rogue Tuning. It really is the heart of the whole setup. To say I am happy right now is an understatement. Worked in a tiny garage, blew out my back at one point, attempted to give up a couple ytimes. It was not an easy project, I am very happy with the results so far. Hope you like it!

Does the bumper fit over the intercooler? Possible to modify to fit? Haven't got around to installing it yet? Would look sleeper with the nose on. Does look good though.

Actually I have the bumper on now, it fits really well. Its a turbo replica nose. I went out to take some more pics and it was raining. I also moved the K&N filter to a better spot under the hood.
