Does your brother have AAA or some other road assistance plan?
AAA protects a person, not a specific vehicle. So, if he has a AAA card and proof of ID they will move the car.
ASAP towing is who I recommend. 904-771-7111. I'd do it for you but I got an 48 Studebaker that took me 3 hours to load sitting on my trailer. What's the problem with the Miata? For that distance we might be able to tow strap it for you. You can call or text (text best) in that area code 250 and then 6003.
Englewood or Jacksonville?
Englewood is on the gulf coast just north of Ft Meyers, a long day's drive from Jacksonville.

There's an Englewood high school here which I assume he's referring.
Edit and a Sharon Terrace about 1.4 miles away from it.
Englewood is the name of her neighborhood, which is near my BIL in Jacksonville, I figure locals would be helped by that, since JAX is geographically huge. Stampie- I will contact you tomorrow.
