Stock cars are only worth what people will pay......I've seen running/driving COT nascars sell for under 30k, its just to the right person, or a car with the right story/past famous drivers, that is when it can be worth more.
Honestly, 20k isn't a bad price, but I don't think it is a steal.
I was going to say that the trailer would be worth quite a bit.
