Asking for a friend. I figured GRM would know who actually runs a stand up shop and is competent. My buddy moved to Seattle and has always been a DIY guy with his current fleet: B6 S4 Avant, Vr6 Corrado, a mk1 Scirocco 1.8T synchro swap, and his FJ62 Land Cruiser.
He he has had terrible luck getting even basic things done right by shops out there. Snow tires mounted and they “forgot” to rebalance (never touched all the old weights), took the Avant in for alignment and they never touched/checked rear, etc. etc.
Moving from Michigan didn’t realize how spoiled he was with connections/friends at shops knowing things are done right. So, too busy to wrench on Euro or old Toyota’s, who do you trust around Seattle?
Bump for help from PNW GRM'ers.
For alignments, tire mounting, and suspension related stuff, I'd recommend TruLine. They have two locations, one in Seattle and one in Bellevue. I've only used the Bellevue location, but I'm sure the Seattle location is great too.
Ishii motors in Bellevue is great for modified Japanese cars.
Bob @ Drift Office is recognized as one of the better tuners in the Pacific NW, which I can attest to, even if he is a bit of a cock.
Zack @ Tailored Garage in Kent is great for high quality body work - I've had my car wrapped their, and my front bumper painted. The paint quality was noticeably better than one of the "big" shops (Bel-Red auto rebuild, avoid like the plague) in Bellevue downtown.
Mark Wu @ Wu Wraps in Renton if you want things wrapped. He wraps the more complex parts of my car - not that Zack can't do them, but Mark is just closer.

In my opinion Doug Chase at Chase Race is my favorite shop in the Seattle area. A true car guy and great to hang with.

I second Chase Race.
He bent over backwards to get me in for a race alignment on a thursday evening. Did a great job and was pleasant to hang out with.

Scott at Woodinville Import Auto is a standup guy. (Plus his son races sprint cars) :-)
Y'all rock. Thanks again.
