I bought a pair of Bell nomex racing gloves, and they're a tad tight.
How much should I expect these to stretch? They aren't restrictively tight, but they're pretty snug. Is there anything I can do to speed the break-in process, or am I better off exchanging for a larger pair?
Snug is better than loose IME.
They should fit like a glove. 
I use dirt bike gloves on the Back 40. 
At a 100 degree double weekend w/ a Friday practice, or 2x 5 sessions/day HPDE in July, they'll break in.
Club racing an open cockpit car I have 3 pairs. They all started very snug, and are all good now. You do not want gloves that move around or bunch up.
