It's a blue dune buggy! Not a Manx or anything, sitting on a 67 chassis it was literally pulled from in front of a shredder a few years ago.

I am throwing stuff out at a rabid pace. Broke down 21 steel wheels from the tires just today! Already put a Miata on the classifieds and gonna put another car up today!
