Yeah, I'm going to need a DIY for an adult version, because there's no way I'm letting my kids have all the fun on that one.
Looks like the front drive wheel can be spun a full 360 with the steering wheel. How does the "e-break" work?
One of these:
Driving one wheel that will spin 360 degrees.
Add to a platform mounted on castors. Done.
It would be uncontrollable but, wow what a blast.
The RX-7 might have to go on the back burner for a couple of weeks.
And if MrJoshua builds it using one of these, he should win the challenge.

I was wondering what the 'drift' lever does too. Could the electric motor drive one rear wheel and the lever actually brake the other?

It changes the angle of the rear casters to be more upright so that they are free to spin.

What's the drive output? Could you attach a wheel directly, or would you need a gear reduction?
