So they could have an excuse to put a long nose on it. Can't let 4th generation Camaros keep the longest front overhang award.
I'm sure it is just to halo all their other cars. Making the brand seem far more prestigious than it is. Afterall, Acura IS NOT selling Honda Accords and posing them off as luxury vehicles. The TSX IS NOT a european Accord. The TL IS NOT an American Accord and the RL IS NOT an AWD Accord.
