That one's real; Hot Rod Magazine had it show up in one of their articles on LSx swaps.
V8 Insight?
Pretty sure that one's a Honda four banger.

Stopped in to Tex Racing's shop in Ether, N.C to drop a tranny for a rebuild, and came across a very nicely done Midget with a Buick GNX turbo 6. I'm sure that one was a real experience to drive.

The owner of that one is on the ls1tech.com boards. He was thrilled to get in the magazine. From what I hear, it's a blast to drive as well.
Yugo:
Wait, that's not a v8:
Ah, theres one:
Dodge2.2 up front. Caddy 500 out back. Wonder what ever became of this car...
I can play: Austin Healey 100/6 w/ a 502 Chevy Ramjet.
I don't have pics, but on a tour of Wheel to Wheel in Detroit several years back, they had a Chevy Sprint with a big block.
I remember a 60's/early-70's Corvair that was featured as a flashback in Hot Rod in the 80's. I think its license plate said "FUBAR 2" and it had a blown V8 in the rear with a sweet Mad Max style blower scoop.
No pics of it out on the web, but it really made an impression on me back then.
Hemi Sprite
Searching the interweb for the picture took me to a GRM thread from '08: Set the Wayback Machine to 2008

I'm pretty sure that's a fake. The proportions of the engine look like a different scale than the Mini. And the hood opening is Photoshoppy to me.
