Not in every way. They don't look as good.
Not to mention, dual quads on a tunnel ram on a properly set-up engine will blow a single 4-barrel on a single-plane intake out of the water on horsepower and torque

Here you go:
Chevy 302 Crossram
Do we accept any multiple TBI setups in here?

Yes, as long as the engine is built to use it.

Not even. Hot Rod threw a tunnel ram with dual quads on a wheezy low-compression L05 350 (190hp TBI 350) short block with cast-iron heads and Thumpr cam and it still picked up power and torque
In reply to NickD:
Well okay then. But was it peak power and torque, or average over the RPM range of the engine?
My buddy put a cross ram and two 600 holley's on a 307 once. No matter what he did, he couldn't get that to run right. There are limits, and I stand by my statement since an engine must be able to use the extra air/fuel or it won't make more power.

It was peak power and torque and and a good bit across the range over 4200rpm. Below that, the power band was untouched. People seem to think that a tunnel ram will make a car make less torque, but as they pointed out, they won't ever kill peak torque, they just move it higher in the band.

There's the article. It was the infamous Marshmallow Mouse that ended up in the Vette Kart

Before that, although a dealer option on the rest of the lineup, '56-'58 Eldorado's came from the factory with dual Carter 331's. Can't find good pick right now but found this

Yea I kick myself cause when my son was born I sold off my collection of Cadillac dual quad and tri power intakes. They were good engine porn.
Here's the factory 57/58 dual quad. The air cleaner makes it.
In reply to Stampie:
The air cleaner makes about $1500 on fleabay.
One of my favorite pictures of my son is him sitting in a unrestored 58 Brougham when he was 3. Of course he had no idea of the car's value. Kinda like the picture of him standing in front of an Enzo a few months before.
What is a crapuretor? Lol. Just kidding. I wish I had access to my old Datsun photos. Triple mikki's on a stroked 3.1 Datsun L28. Sexy.

Engine Masters 4brrl vs dual quad vs tri power

Hey now everyone. This is not a thread about dyno curves. This is a thread about them being pretty. When there was a GGA thread, you guys weren't all "well sure but how many degrees does she have". While that attitude sucks for humans, this is about how pretty these machines are.
Is this the stock look for the elephant?
Not sure if Webers on a Mangusta counts:
