So are doing a meet?
Kinda short notice, but Genius Garage in Bowling Green, OH is having an open house on Saturday, April 21st. They utilize college students in their vintage race team to teach them engineering and other skills. They are also currently building a Sopwith Camel.
Anyone up for it?
That kinda sounds awesome, let me see if I can make it happen, depends upon the weather as I owe some kids a boat trip.
Unfortunately, Sergio has decided that I need to work on Saturday, so I will be a no-show to the event that I posted about.
Fortunately, the last JK Wrangler should roll through my line sometime Wednesday, and after that I will be off for several months to do automotive things that I actually enjoy!!!
Auburn Cord Duesenburg Museum is open from 9am to 5pm daily, I am suggesting we meet for lunch then go check out the see the cars.
Mad Anthony's, 114 N Main St Auburn, 46706

Who is in?

Hmmm completely forgot IMSA is coming. Doesn't sound like a bad way to spend a sunny Saturday.
I think I've talked SWMBO into hitting the IMSA race this weekend.
Not sure if I'll get an infield parking pass, but if you see somebody grilling next to a hearse feel free to stop by and say hi.
I found a thread where Pat asked the question a while back but is there any Rally-X in the Cleveland area?
The closest group I seem to be able to find is Detroit and their events are 2hrs away at best.
OVR runs in Greenfield, OH or Ross County Fairgrounds in Chillicothe. Both are around 3 hours from Cleveland.
I have made it in under three hours but you don't get to see much along the way. The 40-odd miles of rural driving south of Columbus really kills one's average speed, especially if you get stuck behind someone going 15mph down Wolfe Rd off of 753.
Need to slow down through Lodi, Ashland, and Mansfield, although the last few times I have been through there in the morning they weren't out. But better safe than pulled over. (That adds time to your trip you know)
Thanks guys, that's all I have found too other than Detroit/Toledo so I guess I'm looking in the right places.
