I bought my car (1989 Civic Si) with a low oil pressure light. The previous owner said he didn't know how to hook it up. I went to the garage today and I figured I'd check it out since I don't have a whole lot of work to do to get the car winterized. I got the yellow wire sender and receiver plugged in as well as the green wire's set. The power comes from the under-dash fuse box and seems to be hooked in correctly. There is another yellow wire that comes out of the electronic harness, the section closest to the firewall. It has a plug wire on it, like the receiver for the light, but it is bound in the harness, and only makes it about 2 inches. I turn the car on and the light does not illuminate. Any thoughts?

Thanks, Steven
