Tire Rack? Lots of 200tw tires in 205/50 or 225/45. Pick one of those sizes to get a list of models that are available with 15" sizes, then within each model you can do "sizes/pricing" to get a list of all sizes available.
I wish they had a search function by overall diameter, but alas.

195/50-15 and 205/50-15 are typical Miata sizes so you should have a ton of choices if that width works for you.
Rougly 23" OD is the most common performance size for 15's. So 195/50, 195/55, 205/50, and 225/45 are the sizes you'll probably have the best luck with.

You can get a list of all tire sizes available for a given wheel diameter, and you can use that to find oddballs that are in your ballpark. I did that when looking for tires for the Superfour Challenge in 2003.

245/40-15 has a few options as well in the 200TW class. For 15x6 and 15x7, I'd probably stick with the 205/50-15 size at widest. Possibly even 195, but a vintage car looks right with some sidewall bulge.

Unfortunately you have to do each tire separately, but if you are looking in Max Performance summer or Extreme Performance Summer, you are starting in the right place and it narrows down the list of possible models a whole lot.

At least Dunlop may be a a good traditional brand for the vintage.
They also have a 14" that may work for my Alfa/Dio Tipo. Not everyone can just "Size up".
Really frustrating when many manufacturer sites will not let you search by size.
Every online tire shop I know of lets you search by size.
Still PLENTY of 205/50r15 options last I looked and I think even some new ones are coming out this year.

So I called a tire shop last year and asked what kind of [tire size] they had in stock. They told me what they had and a price, and then told me when they could get me in to have them installed. They never asked what car or anything. And this was even a national chain full of reasons to have a liability phobic culture.

Looks like Dunlop is the answer for a few reasons, but certainly not for price!

205/50/15 is basically 23/8.0-15
That's gonna give you a bit of sidewall bulge on a 6-7" wheel. Probably look about right.
Alternatively 195/55/15 is 23/7.7-15
You'll find a couple of summer performance tire options in 185/55/15 as well 23/7.3-15
Your best bet is the 205/50/15 which will have the widest variety of tires available. If you want something 'more' vintage check Coker Tire.
Search tire rack by size. Done. 205/50/15 has basically all the options you could ever want. 205/55 has some mid-range perforance summer tires which are really what you probably want for a street car. 205/60/15 has a couple of performance all season options. 195/50 and 195/55 should be similar in options to 205/55. Take your pick of what type/size tire you want. It's really only as hard as you make it.

I really can't tell why you're so emotional about this. Multiple people have given you direct links and exact tire sizes.
It just takes some COMMON SENSE to line up the tire size numbers on TR tire search in the order presented in this thread: 1st number first, 2nd number second, etc.
I'm unfamiliar with a CCP virus, but if you're sick rest and fluids are a good choice.
Keith posted a direct link to a search by size. And as mentioned tire rack has actual sales people you can call if you prefer that. Again...only as hard as you make it.

I do wish it was easier to search by tire diameter within some margin. I've bought a lot of 23" diameter 15" tires over the years but i'd be lying if i said it was because I wanted them to be 23" tall. It's just that everything good in 15s clusters around ~23", with a giant hole at 24-24.5 which sort of makes me sad. The number of times i would have bought a 215/55/15 if a good one existed is... large.

Tire Rack has options for:
195/60-15 (24.2, loads of options)
205/55-15 (23.9")
225/50-15 (23.9")
The people to blame are the car manufacturers. If they don't use 24" diameter tires, then the tire manufacturers don't make 24" diameter tires.
BTW, I have found that Toyo tends to have more oddball sizes than most manufacturers. Yokohama used to be the same with the S.drive, the Fleva that replaced it has a decent selection as well.
I have 205/55/15s and 225/50/15s on a couple cars right now. Problem there is 205/55/15 is skinny for the 2500-3200 lb cars I would have been putting all the 24" tires on, and 225/50/15 has only one non-racing-oriented tire and its so old and not-racing-oriented that it might as well be a 195 as far as grip level. 225/50/15 would be great if more tires were available in it. But yes, it's just a reality we all have to live with because those tires are never coming back.
Recently I realized there were some 165/50/14s available. They were recently discontinued and not actually in stock at most places that listed them. I found a set and bought them and I'm loving them on my little free Toyota Echo, but i regularly think 'man, once these wear out that's it, there won't be any more like this' and it's a bit sad.
I believe the 24" OD tire is well represented for 16" wheels.
