TR does fit tires if you buy the wheels from them. If you have your own wheels, they work with hundreds of tire shops around the country to fit them.
Note that the published dimensions are for mounting on a specific wheel width - the width is included in the specs. The width of a 195/55-15 will be different on a 6" wheel than a 7". This requires paying attention when reading spec sheets. Also, published specs will be more accurate than calculated dimensions from the tire size.
