I'd rock it, even if it meant a trip to Virginia. It's no surprise he is in danger of losing his license in VA - I'm surprised they didn't preemptively impound the car as soon as he tried to register it.

The amount of grammar and spelling mistakes in there makes me wary of a custom turbo engine swapped car from this guy.
