Saw this as I got on I-275 in Sharonville, Oh the other day...Pretty cool especially if you like vintage land o the rising sun cars:

Yes, I know the pics arent great (camera phone) and yes I know that I have a crack in my mirror and yes I know its not safe to take pics while driving, but there wasnt anyone else on the 4 laner at the time so I took a chance...anyway..enjoy and discuss

Sweetness.....ultra rare here in Ohio. I like the BRE-esque stripes.

Ditto for New England. I'm much more likely to see an Enzo than that.

What a little beauty. That car is done perfectly.

Every morning for the last two weeks I've seen a mint looking purple 210. North of New Haven on 91. Looks to be a late 70's model.

I'm tempted to flag the guy down and throw money at him.

lol yeah, I got a little ahead of the guy and tossed him a thumbs up...Im not sure he knew what was going on...he had kind of a weird and worried look on his face (probably cuz I had been snapping pics of his car over the last mile or so ). He smiled back once he had figured it out and threw me a thumb back. I thought those wheels looked killer...love white wheels on dark cars. It looked far better in person than the pics do it justice...the stripes looked way better and the sun on the paint showed how glossy it was. Definitely a well cared for and loved/appreciated car by its current and previous owners.

There's just no way to make a classic Datsun look bad with a nice set of Panasports.

The dark green paint with silver and gray BRE stripes looks really good too!

I know...its ridiculous...I would punch a nun for one of those. well probably not...weeeellll.

Car MFRs are always trying to progress, but sometimes they get it right and just need to leave it alone and keep making em by the zillions...this is one of those times

Really cool. I had one just like it (a '69 model) only I like the paint job of that one better than mine.

You guys just need to move to Arizona or California, there not on every corner, but they show up on CL all the time in various states of "restoration".

I really like the modern take on the old BRE paint scheme. I guess to the Nissan guys, that era is sacred. As well it should be...

it was really super clean...unlike my camera lense. It was a young guy too...prolly under 30...so it was either his and he is the luckiest jerk ever, or dad/grampa let him take a spin. Either way, if envy were deadly, Id be 6 feet under
