^Performance version, yes. Under the radar performance value, no. Not compared to P71 pricing anyway. And if you do find one for P71 pricing run very fast away from it ;)
The under the radar Grand Marquis would probably be the LSE. The equivalent of a Crown Vic LX Sport.

I have never seen one except on the internet. That website says he added the LSE badges himself so you cant use those as a way to identify the car if trying to find one. Good luck!
