Because a lot of people aren't going to sign up to sign a petition on a government White House site.

Or because they don't know about the petition, or they don't care about getting them funny furren cars. It's written like it should have general appeal, but it's a pretty narrow interest. It doesn't have any real numbers; how much is a "shockingly disproportionate amount of its budget?" That would hit much harder and convince more people if it could say exactly how much. Right now, this petition only preaches to the choir.

well consider me #10,555. It seems to be climbing pretty quick. Maybe word is spreading?
I am unable to sign the petition, link it or anything else. In fact, after I sign in, I am getting:
404 Page Not Found
So yeah.
Signed it. And maybe if it passes I can finally get my friends Seat Leon Cupra car legalized in the states!
