Maybe if I found a 1.8 or 2.0 for cheap... probably be cheaper to just build a type 1, though.
Short tires and 13" wheels are probably the hot ticket for autox but 15" Fuchs wheels and Gulf Racing paint would be cool
I may have a line on a 2.0 FI 914 set up; I'll ask on Monday. I was going to buy this car and reworked the jugs, it finally sold but I think the engine-tranny was left behind.
