What I didn't see was an assessment and budget for needed tools.  Those school projects probably don't have to worry much about this area. The assessment may be a bit of a challenge for a single person starting a larger or complex project since tools have advanced in leaps and bounds.   I started an early project with a long accumulated tool set and have been surprised at what I needed and ultimately decided to buy and use..  At 76, a lift has been indispensable as have multiple wiring tools and ratcheting box ends..
