Foxbody could probably use a tune-up before AX season starts... can anyone point me to a GOOD comparison of plug wires?

I mean, other than fitment, is there really any difference between the $50 parts house wires and the $100 aftermarket sets?

My feeling is yes there is, but I don't know what (other than fitment).

Good question.

One car has a $100 set of wires and they look nice and work. Any better? I can't tell on the street. Maybe on a dyno?

Let us know if you learn something, thanks.

I've had a set of Magnecors on the Turbo II for 10 years now and they've been great. Nothing scientific about that, though.

This info isn't very objective either, but they do discuss some things of interest: http://www.magnecor.com/magnecor1/main.htm

I've also had a set of parts store stuff with a lifetime warranty burn through the boot after a few thousand miles. This on a properly installed set with proper clearances, no abrasion.
