Hi first time to do a LS Swap. I have power going to coils, checked at connections and one wire is hot when cranking on each coils plug. But when I turn motor over i get no spark to plugs. Have tried turning over engine and checking for spark with wire connectors apart and get power when turning over slao. All coils came with doner engine and i drove the truck for several miles before pulling motor. What could be wrong. I have fuel pressure and fuel.

If you have power on one side cranking, your power supply is correct.  You should have flashing power on the other wire.  If you had constant power, your coil driver is not operating.  If you have no power on the second wire, either all your coils are burned out, unlikely, or whatever triggers your coil is constantly  on, or grounded.

Power in one wire, power out on second wire, coil  driver is off, coil is not charging.

Power in one wire, power flashing on the other wire while cranking, coil is being controlled and should be creating a spark.

Power In one wire, no power out the second wire, coil driver is grounded or coil is internally burned out.

The coils (all eight, I think) ground to a point on the front of the engine, depending on the application.

You also didn't mention if the injectors are being activated or if the fuel pump is just running.   You may have a crank sensor issue.  Or an anti-theft issue.

There are also grounds on the back of both cylinder heads that are very critical.

Did you relocate any grounds to the valve covers?  The valve covers are electrically isolated from the engine and cannot be used to ground anything.
