A Siata Spring, apparently. Uses Fiat 850 mechanicals, hence rear engined.

I didn't realise Siata ever produced something so ugly.

Siata produces some good looking sports cars in the fifties:

Fix the headlights (Cord style pop-ups?) and the grill/nose (Track T roadster?) and it would look much better.

There are very nice looking, very expensive Siatas.

That is not one of them.
