Sometimes I sneak up on things and hit them more daintily instead of an all out attack like that guy did, but yeah, I too am a professional bender.

Pause the video. Right click the video. Select, Copy URL at current time.
Epic Fail, he doesn't even hit the hanger with the head the first 5 or so times.
