Yeah, thanks for bringing that up. I put up crown molding in the dining room a few months ago. Now my wife wants chair rail, and crown in the master bedroom.

Me 3. Motivation disappears once it goes. I'm looking outside at my mostly-finished 16x20 garage trying to stay motivated. Tough work.

Over the past 2 weekends, my old lady has spent a few 8 hour days in the garage helping me freshen the suspension on my camaro. Wenches with wrenches rock!

Me 5. Here I thought I was the only one with Auto-ADD... Turns out there's more of us, and it extends to home projects, too... Good job there's a support group, eh?

On getting a countertop lever (leveL?) a long bubble level helps. If you don't have one about 3', that might a place to start. Failing that, 4 or 5 torpedo levels (check the levels themselves for level first...you might be surprised!) placed at the corners and center will work. Goodl luck!

I have had my current "project" for . .. 7 years now? It is still not done. Currently doing a MS conversion on it. Turbo is in the works. I just turned the trans-axle into something that resembles a blender full of rocks. Oh the joy of project cars.

HOWEVER. When it is done and you are cruising around in it taking it to autocross's or to the track it will all be worth it. And besides you can meet some really great ladies at the track. Considering that cars will obviously be a big part of your life it is probably better that you find a girl that at least understands this. The track is a much better place to look than a bar for these types of ladies!!!!

The warden was busting my chops today because she hates my project car. It's the "other" $2009 West Coast Challenge competitor, a 4G63T swapped Mirage.

Anyway she wants it gone. The bad part is it has a knock but I think it's because I reused the flywheel bolts. Already checked the rods and mains, they show minimal wear. I just need to get the time to pull the trans and check those bolts.

Hopefully she doesn't send it to the junkyard while I'm out of town.
