while i probably won't have car ready in 20 days, i may run with them as so few cars and so many runs might be good for a novice to get up to speed quicker than a stacked event where you get 3 runs over 8 hours.

I may just have to join them! Much better rates and LOTS more runs than the SCCA. Only one I'll be able to do with them would be Sept. 27th though :(

Let me know if you decide to go to the races. Maybe we can hook up there. I don't know how I missed you last weekend. All I can think of is that we were dragging when you were autocrossing, and visa versa. I think I did see your car at the autocross when we first came in, but it was pouring rain at the time and we had to go register. We did a few drag runs then headed down to the autocross, but you were gone.
I will be absent on the 28th but keep us up to date, these sound like some good days to get a lot of runs in
It is on again this weekend! I will be there on Friday with my Mustang and my wife will have the Miata (for a little grudge match drag race!)
At this point, the weather is looking awesome - 75 and sunny.

Wow, this is not very far from me...may have to check it out! Will they let me run my Cherokee Trailhawk down the drag strip...it has some sorta sport mode
