Does such a thing exist? All the spade terminals I find end up being the cheap Chinese garbage. What is a good brand to search for?

I get my wiring stuff from DelCity.net. They have good spade connectors with shrinkwrap built in, even self-soldering ones. Once you start buying those, you'll never touch those nasty Autozone ones again.
I can't comment on their quick disconnects, but they definitely have some.
Plenty of quality ones out there. 3m is good for standard nylon insulated. If you want heat shrink look for the cool seal ones.
