There are several different ticket options for admission and parking depending on the days you want to attend, but there's only one $25 option for camping. Is that per night or does that cover the entire weekend?

Yep, camping passes are good all weekend long.
Your car will need either a parking pass or a camping pass to get to the infield, but not both.
