It is simpler than I thought, though I forgot to type "anything goes with the stock engine" in prepared, too.
Modified would include engine swaps (rotary to V8), tube frames, etc.
In my club, it is either stree tire or rally tire. Want to run a fully prepped WRX rally car in street tire against my street driven Forester? Fine.
Tube frames are one of the few things you cannot do in Mod. You have to start with a production car and you may not alter the roof or "reduce structural integrity".
