I'm wondering if it's a Mexican licensed truck, or if it has manufacturer plates on it. I can't imagine it could be registered in the US by the average person.

I'll try to look at the plates the next time I get close. The person driving looks like they might be Latin.
That thing looks awesome
Top engine option is turboed to 98 HP and it has a towing capacity of 882 lbs. It's still pretty cool.
