I can put you in touch with a guy here in Massachusetts. He's done several sets for the Triumph TR8 guys in the area. He has a machine shop in his garage and does jobber work. Most of his customers mail him drawings and he prototypes stuff.
If you have the space the easiest option is bolt on adapters. If you are already running as wide of a wheel as you can, though, you would have to get wheels with different offset to maintain fitment.
