  1. Lack of regeneration/rejuvenation of racers

  2. Overly business oriented (so Indonesian Motorsport Association overly favored Sean Gelael while other talented young Indonesian racers were sidelined, dumped and excluded + Indonesian Motorsport Association people were too politically and business oriented and lacked competence of motorsport acknowledge)

  3. The transition of generations from old to new racers who are considered stagnant (static)

  4. The nature character of instant glory that has become a daily bad habit + overrides the long, gradual process

  5. Too corrupt like Indonesian Football Association

  6. [Canoes corner like E36 M3 on asphalt]

Any additions? Your opinions? I admit Indonesian Motorsport Association nowadays are too corrupt including the leadership and the structurals. Look at badminton, Indonesian badminton always harvest success since Rudy Hartono, Susi Susanti and Taufik Hidayat era until present.

I'm wondering if there's a successful canoe racing league over there?

I watch the Asian LeMans and World Challenge Asia races, but do not know enough about entry level motorsport in that region to hazard a guess to why Indonesia lags behind, if in fact they do. The pro racing seems to be well supported and well run from here.
