Helping my buddy replace some rusty rockers on his jeep today. Passenger side fine. Then driver side - yikes!

Luckily, no wires were harmed in the making of this thread.

Also, pro tip: you're supposed to cut the rust out, not the only non-rusty part of the rocker.

Fair enough! In this case we were working with replacement panels that have that curve built in and we wanted to hide as much of the seam as possible inside the door.

I am also no body man. Just a guy with a welder and a lot of confidence haha.

Yeah, cutting a fuel line would be less fun. And evap line would probably be the worst ....
