I was just having lunch with my uncle, a guy who's had a hard road most of his life. Now approaching 60, he said the one thing he regretted not doing in his life was driving a rail dragster.
Anyone know a driving experience that rents seat time in a rail, or something resembling one? Evne a ride-along?

Cedar Point Amusement Park has a ride fashioned after a drag racer. Having never been in a drag rail I can not confirm the similarity but it is one hell of a good time in itself.

Well he could take a school here.
Doesn't Warren Johnson have a drag racing school? Hold up... Googling...
Nope, it was Roy Hill...
There ya go
Edit: Looks like a couple of us were on the same page. Haha

Roy Hill or Frank Hawley schools for the real thing.
Otherwise, there's Top Thrill Dragsters in Florida.

There is a racing school/drag race experience named Driven 2 Win: http://www.driven2windragracingschool.com/Home.html They have a racing school, rent drag cars and also have a ride along experience. They have a side by side two seat rear engine dragster. I think this is the same company that had the two seater at the PRI show in Orlando last December. It was actually pretty coool to see. Not sure of how fast it may be or any of the schedules.
