Rental cars in Detroit?

Hey,

I haven't rented a car (anywhere) for several years.

I need a car towards the end of the month for about 5 days. Pick up at the Airport.

Can someone recommend a good agency at the airport? I am looking for a smaller sedan. Price is important, but not the key factor.

Usually Enterprise isn't too bad. 

Stick with the major agencies, and reserve in advance. Don't expect to get the car model that you've reserved, you'll get "or similar". 

At work we'd play the upgrade game.  Rent the cheapest car (Nissan Versa) and they try to upgrade you for a small charge.  (You're a big guy, maybe you'll be more comfortable in a bigger car?)  No, I'm good, I like little cars. 

1. We don't have the Versa so we'll upgrade you to our available Maxima. You win!

2. Your Versa is parked in spot C12, enjoy!  You lose!
