Repairing fiberglass/smc miata hardtop?

This makes a lot more sense after working (my first time) with the epoxy resin and metal rollers. This is actually feasible and makes perfect sense now. It would not have been with my previous methods and bondo polyester resin.

When I need to bridge a gap I make a mixture of epoxy, milled fibers and cabosil. Then I grind it down and fiberglass it.

Another material I've used is roving. It's a little harder to work with, but it is much stronger.

So I got some flock to work with in areas that I can't get cloth in. How do I mix this stuff up? Can't seem to find a good walkthrough on that and I don't want to waste material experimenting

1. Mix resin.

2. Add flock until you get a toothpaste consistency.

3. Apply but remember you have a shorter working time because the time to mix in the flock.

i do not like that resin and shard mix. Not at all.

But its done.
