I'm thinking mostly about those ads who are so crazily overpriced or ridiculous in their value that you just want to punch the person whose ad it is for wasting 10 seconds of your life...
I'll start:
Perfectly useless 92 Lumina with most usable parts stripped, for the low low price of $999. It was a POS car the day it rolled off the showroom floor, it's even more of a wreck and if I were a wrecking yard I wouldn't pay the sumbitch to take this thing off his hands:

bring it on
This afternoon I was looking over CL ads and found one that said something like "car sells itself....no need to ask questions, but if you need to, call XXX-XXXX." And the ad included 4 pix of a BMW 3 series convertible. No mention of engine/transmission, no mention of mileage, no mention of whether it had leather or cloth seats (tho I guess all 3 series 'verts, even the 318 must have leather seats(?). The doofus didn't even list an asking price.
I love mispellings. I have seen many. Cameros for sale. I recently saw a car with a new radeator.
I'm used to the poor spelling on craigslist, especially for ads for cheap/old/projects/interesting cars, but this one had me really wondering when I read it today: linky
"Beautiful black 2004 Porschae cayon S , with only 45000 miles on it.
like new.
Email mail for the Vin & if u r intrested , pls come & have a test drive."
I guess they've never read the badges on their own vehicle?

6-speed automatic transmission w/OD & sport shift

Guy in DC area wanted $2k for his '96 which had just spun a rod bearing.
Thanks, but no thanks.
Price is now $1500. Still ridiculous for a car that is probably worth around $500.

I get bugged by the guys who paste about a million tags on their POS. example: I'm doing a search on all cars made in 1949, and am getting guys who bury 1949 in the text for their 2006 Grand Am. WTF! Who is going to say: "Darn, I can't find any decent 1949 Studebaker trucks, but that Grand Am looks like a real keeper!"?

1500 for a 90s jetta with a torn up body, a transmission with major issues, non functioning AC, wonky electronics, shoddy interior and bad tires. I respect the guys honesty, but seriously? this thing is junk.
at least the sunroof works 100%
sheesh!?!?1!?/!

I just had to post this. It's been for sale for a while, and the price has been slashed, but it's still pretty funny. Note the badge and owner claims regarding driving experience.
I remember those. They were supposed to be modeled after the Dino I thought.
In reply to Strike_Zero:
My '98 M3 had so many electrical problems that I don't see how a flood car could be worse.
