I can assure you that the front sensor sees all 4 cyl. Lots of work around that engine was done. Moving the front sensor down won’t do much.

The Sentra header often has a fitting in one pipe, and it needs to be moved down. Often when you have a cat in the manifold, they build the aftermarket header wrong for B1S1 placement.
