My girlfriends Vue is groaning everytime you turn the steering wheel. I went to look for the steering fluid reservoir but I can't find it. Where is it? And is that the mostly likely culprit?
My girlfriends Vue is groaning everytime you turn the steering wheel. I went to look for the steering fluid reservoir but I can't find it. Where is it? And is that the mostly likely culprit?
Ball Joints. The lube is probably gone in them. You probably can't grease them so put them on the list of future repairs.
I figured ball joints would make noise over bumps as well.
I had an 04. They have electric assist, no PS pump on these. Look under dash for the motor and listen to it. Not sure how they are hooked to the column.
