While I am a fan of the sleeper look, I think you need some more motivation. This one looks particularly evil.

To the top.
Did quite a bit of SBC into 240 research this weekend, as I may be with a local group running Lemons in 2013.
Less fabrication required than I thought, enough that I'm tempted to build one to daily. New engine mounts, easy. Most if not all OE car 350 oil pans seem to fit up without mods, truck pans may require a 1" or less crossmember notch. V6 front sway bar, as previously mentioned. Trans crossmember mainly needs two new holes for the Chevy mount, possibly a 1/2" spacer. 1" or less notch on firewall needed for dist cap clearance(BFH), the same needed for top of 4L60E bellhousing, I suspect a 700 won't require anything there. '86-88 C4 Vette rad, '78 Firebird upper and '88 F150 5.0 lower rad hoses. Jags That Run for a speedo cable. Hood likely won't need to be cut with a lowrise OE intake and Quadrajet, provided a slim air cleaner is used. Stock Volvo auto shifter linkage seems to hook up to 700 with little effort. Driveshaft is straightforward. Block hugger headers or those with a rapid rearward sweep needed for steering linkage clearance at the forward primary. Stock Dana 30 rear end seems to live for eternity behind a mild 350 and automatic, provided a lack of redline neutral drops and slicks, even when welded.
Blast! I need to do this now.

Nice pic man
A guy was supposed to bring me money to buy this thing today but predictably he did not show up.
Every time this car doesnt sell is one step closer to v8 swap. But until i pull the running stock motor out, it is still for sale.
BAD NEWS (sort of). I traded the volvo away to a good home, in return for THREE cars.
A decently modded 98 eclipse 5spd that turns well, an 85 CRX HF that gets 42mpg even with 20psi in the tires , and ANOTHER dodge dynasty, which means i now own three of them.
So far im enjoying the CRX and Eclipse (both run and drive). Havent picked up that sweet dynasty yet.
