I've decided I miss having the 5pt I used to have in the white MR2 for rallycross, but I do not miss having to clip 5 individual belts every time I get back in the car. Especially if I'm out doing daily stuff.
I remember the Fiat forums saying the quick fit harness for a R53 (I think) MINI works perfect for the Abarth. I also found a harness that says will work for the 2002 WRX here at SoloRacer.com
This link shows a package deal for driver/passenger and has options for both cars: https://soloracer.com/quickfitpkg.html
These links show individual harnesses for each car: WRX and MINI
I'm wondering if I can get one that would fit BOTH cars? How different are they? Are parts of it different lengths to fit the seats or something? They seem to clip into existing hardware and both cars would have the same type of buckles, back seat buckles, etc
Anyone have some info to share? I emailed SOLORacer last week and got no reply. If one harness fit both cars without modifying anything I would buy it that evening. (I definitely want one for the WRX but having one for the Abarth and autocross would be nice.)

As far as I know the differences are length and buckle ends. The biggest issue is buckle ends. Are they the same in both cars? For what it's worth, when I put both the Mini and WRX into Schroth's site I get parts numbers 16670 and 16650, so they do come up as different somehow.

I can't answer this question specifically, but if you are looking to replicate the feel of a 5 point, it's worth noting that the feel of these things is quite a bit different.
I had a Schroth (RallyeSport?). I loved the idea of it, but it felt weird. Instead of the two shoulder belts meeting at a central point as you would have with a 5 point cam lock harness, they come down much straighter. You have the big plastic buckle and some webbing between the bottom of the shoulder belts. The best way to describe it is that it feels like your gut is hanging out, which in my case it was. I didn't like it.
And if anyone is considering one of these for a Miata, they're kind of tricky. There's a lot going on between the lap belt anchor point and the center buckle, and that translates to a certain amount of fixed length that you can't shorten beyond. I couldn't get the lap belt tightened properly in my case. It might have worked better with a stock seat or with the seat moved further forward though.

Depending on what organization you run with, they may not allow 4 point harnesses. So make sure before you spend the money...

Mostly local SCCA rallycross and autocross, I know I'm safe for both. The only outlier is the occasional track day in the Abarth. Pretty much AutoInterests and SCCA, and I saw the MINI harness in action at an event. He had both sides & was showing them to me.
