"Decent quality" probably would not apply to the failures I've seen, as it's mostly been in Lemons racing. And I'm sure it's been because people used impact wrenches to tighten them. But the materials they use aren't great and I've seen the lugs strip out on the back side and wheels come off due to the lugs failing / pulling through.
