I am taking it. It's got 250k miles. 

Drove up on to the hoist for stotlrage 4 years ago. Would not run this spring. I am replacing the battery, fuel and fuel pump then swapping out tires.

Both previous owners were pretty meticulous. It's a 23 year old GM car, it's not going to be perfect. 

I have informed dad that I am purchasing it.

CityCar has 3 "speeds",  but they are automatically switched based on throttle pedal position.
