No stats for Saudi Arabia, but the UAE next door (and similar in terms of automotive stupidity if the UAE guys I used to know are a guide) has about 310 fatalities per billion kilometers traveled.
The United States has 8.5.

I dont know, I've done some retarded stuff trying to impress girls over the years. Not full Sean Penn in 'I Am Sam' retarded like that, but....
The problem with a lot of the stuff they do is when it goes wrong the results are similar to some of the really bad 70s f1 crashes id compare it to organized street racing or driving with your steering wheel held out the window here, but probably a lot more unsafe.
