I use kodi loaded to a laptop hooked to the big screen.
The red bull app might have it.
Just noticed today that Motor Trend On Demand has it along with a couple British rally and rallycross championships. The first round of World Rallycross in Spain is up now.
As a bonus you get roadkill, roadkill garage and dirt every day as well.
Also just noticed that they have Dakar up, I didn't follow it this year so I'll kill some time watching that as well.
I Saw they had last year's but it was like the 20 minute recap. I'll have to look at it when I get home.
Ford streamed a show last year that was a recap of rounds 1 &2, then yo saw rounds 3 & 4, both semifinals and the final in their entirety. ran about 2 hours 40.
I'm a Solberg fan, SWIMBO goes for Ekström. The waiting has been tense.

The MTOD coverage might not be complete then, I think it had the time listed as ~50 minutes.
