That is one bad-ass Galaxie if it's actually packing what is supposed to be under that hood.
The last car came home from paint.
80 Pinto with a 347/c4 with a rare edelbrock dual quad cross ram intake.

Oh cool. Now I have figured out one of the last GRM name/ real name facebook friend matchups I couldn't guess.
Uhh... WOW.
Seriously, WOW to all of this. Lucky!!!!
If it were me, this is how I'd go: As much as I like wagons (and I really do LOVE wagons), I think that '65 Fairlane Ranch Wagon is the odd man out. It's only cool because it's a wagon; the '65's were kinda frumpy IMHO. Should be a quick sale. Fiesta would be a great daily/autox car, that Stude looks like a cool cruiser and one of those cars you don't see anymore, and that Galaxie absolutely RULES. The Pinto and the Ranchero are toss-ups; I like both, but they are both disassembled, and would take time away from other stuff. Pinto would make a fun weekend 1/4 mile blaster though, if you're into that sort of thing. I'd probably sell both and get a Fox Body instead.
Honestly, you can't really go wrong any way you do it.
Keep 'em all and let God sort 'em out...wait that's not how the line goes.
I'd say you can't go wrong no matter which ones you decide to keep.
Over my dead body.
I thought that was a poor choice of words until i realized it was you who said it. I just assumed there literally was a dead body involved in this windfall and it would be rude for anyone else to allude to it.
Based on description the Pinto might be my favorite of the bunch. The Galaxie definitely stays though.

That's about what I suspected but didn't see it plainly written anywhere. I hoped I was wrong.
I'm sorry for your loss.
In reply to Ranger50 :
I guess you aren't so lucky; that's terrible. My condolences to you and your family.

TL:DR- my dad passed away unexpectedly.
I was rather hoping it wouldn't be that direct. My thoughts and condolences are with your family, Ranger.

Well, E36 M3. That is a sucky way of acquiring a bunch of cool cars. Looks like he was pretty good at building cool stuff. I'm sorry he didn't get to enjoy them as long as he could have.
In reply to Ranger50 :
Sorry to hear that...... I would enjoy each of them a bit in his memory if it was me. Find the one or tow or three that call to you to keep them.
Sorry for your loss. Could be a lot of sentimental factors here. I'd do whatever brings you the most peace. I like having stuff like this sitting around, but if you don't have space or even energy to keep them all up in good shape, I'd limit yourself to what you won't kick yourself over letting go downhill. Or if you can keep up with all of them, great!!
Sorry, man. If you're not interested in any of them and are selling them off, you might consider keeping his favorite a while longer than the rest. But I'm a sentimental kinda guy so that's where that's coming from.
Alternatively, whatever happened to that thread about swapping all the engines to make the optimal collection?
