...he's no longer in my fleet. A sad day.

The good news, he's gone to a good home and a member of the GRM extended family: Toyman. Who has promised that I can drive the Abomination any time I want.

And the Jensenator is scheduled for an early debut.

Sad, but he's going to someone who'll take care of him.

That's the one.

Toyman, if you think he's a girl, all I can say is: just be real careful where you stick your hands.

You didn't say he was a he. I thought all cars were sheilas.

They’re both equally temperamental(wow my wife was pissed), will break down on you when you’re least expecting it(wife broke her leg a week ago), absolute money pits(you don't want to know how much the surgery to fix the leg cost), and we cant help but adore them.

Dear Jensenman,

Thank you for selling the obomination to another foolish person. Had I known it was for sale I may have been tempted to add another useless car to my garage that is already full. That you were able to couple British quality with magical spinning triangles would have had me scratching what little of my hair is left from my head whilst trying to repair it's eventual failures. I'm glad you were thinking of me and helping preserve my sanity.

Sorry to see it go- can't wait to see the Jensenator in action though...

problem is, you sold it to someone who "knows" you. I'm interested in selling my Midget, but to someone I know?.... shoots, it's going to need a tech advisor for every repair- mine's got a swapped toyo 4age 20v. I want to be as far from that as possible.

No flame, Brust, just fact: I'm not in the least afraid to sell something like that to Toyman. He knows the car well and is plenty capable of twirling wrenches on it, even if it is sorta like building a ship in a bottle. Now, I do know other folk in my region who expressed an interest in the car some time back but I would have hesitated to sell it to them mainly because these folks, while quite good people, would have been lost in the woods if it came to actually fabricating something for the car which is what will be necessary for upgrades etc.

S2, the car's still in Chucktown. You can come see it in action at the Charleston Colisum AX in September. The Jensenator should be there as well.

I've really enjoyed keeping up with The Abomination.

Toyman, hope you keep us updated.

Yep. The wife was ticked for sure. But mainly because of the broken leg she can't DRIVE the darn thing with it being a stick shift.....guess I am out of it for a while until this break heals. Melanie
