Some people just cannot find anything in life to be happy about. I've met a few of those over the years. There's nothigh you can do or say that will ever be good enough, free enough, cost enough etc. All you can do is smile, nod and say "that's nice". Eventually they go away on their own.

I think it involves and angry individual whom has voiced his disgust with the forum and it's members previously and has now voiced his disgust with a particular writer and the magazine in which the article was written.

I've been the target of that more than once. Doesn't hurt my feelings if he just goes away.
If I read something I don't like, I skip it and go to the next thing. Maybe I am too busy to go postal about something this unimportant.

I bet it's harder on the parrot.
I can't speak for mister Hitemp, but I've posted a few things over the years only to realize that a shiny happy person had taken over my body - usually with the help of alcohol, caffeine and/or sleep deprivation. Fortunately I was able to come to my senses and cover my tracks (most of the time).
If it's not about Mustangs, is it about bathrooms? Amy? Kids getting trophies?
Damnit! Tell me what I need to be angry about!

Mine is usually after reading an opinion piece on CNN or reader's comments on some news website/YouTube. I need to learn just walk away for a while and chill before I interact with normal people.
Back on topic about the article. I've never read an opinion piece in GRM that made me mad. I might not agree with or like the subject matter (I'm not really into most of the music David mentions) but every piece comes across as real. Maybe it's the interaction with the forum or having met Joe, David, and JG at various times over the years, but everything seems authentic. I can't say that about a lot of the crap I've read elsewhere. There's my ass kissing for the week.
In other news: He put a berkeleying GM motor in a Mustang. I'm cancelling my subscription (in 2218).

I may be gone, but GRM isn't forgotten in my memories. Gotta test the waters every once in a while.
The article was E36 M3 though
Telling someone their article is E36 M3 is not constructive and renders the gravity of your opinion at exactly zero.
You're just trolling at this point. I fail to see the humor in that.

Have to agree. If that's who you are, go piss on someone else's parade. YouTube always needs more trolls.
